Ask yourself these 3 things as your change our your closet for the season?
1. Did I wear it this season? If not, why…Was it because I didn’t have an opportunity? Did I always choose something else over it?
2. Does it fit? If not, do you see that changing in the next year?
3. Does it bring me relief or sadness to put it away? Sometimes we feel relieved we get to put a garment away for the next few months. If you feel that, it’s a red flag. A garment should bring you so much joy that you feel sad you won’t be able to wear it again for the next few months.
